This is one of our most pinned dish! And those who tried it had gave 2 thumbs up!
Ultra-flavourful Soy Marinated Wings, grill over charcoal until perfectly charred. Squeezed lime juice over the glistering charred wings and dipped with Sambal Chili Sauce.
This dish can also be easily achieve in your kitchen – cook it in oven, or even air fryer. You will get the taste of Singapore on your own dining table. You can even marinate this in advance for your bbq party and cook it over charcoal bbq pit.

2. No Poke & Easy to Cut Crunchy Nam Yu Sio Bak (Roasted Pork Belly) 南乳烧肉
Who don’t love the crunch and the bursting juice from this toothsome Roast Pork Belly. This recipe promises a Super Yummy Sio Bak with Exploding Crunch & Bursting Juiciness. Moreover, no tedious poking required. #notexaggerating

4. Succulent Roast Chicken with Crispy Skin and Chicken Pan Gravy
Super juicy, super tender and super flavourful Roast Chicken with Crispy Roast Skin. Brining and Air Drying in the chiller is adopted to achieve the most juicy bird you have ever tasted. Even the breast tastes so flavorful and juicy. Best substitute for turkey.

5. Balinese Style Grilled Pork Ribs
My favourite ribs so far is from the Famous Balinese Restaurant – Naughty Nuri. It was replicated and was a total success – perfectly grilled Balinese Style BBQ Pork Ribs that are splattered generously with refreshing spiced sweet black sauce, resulting in ribs that are flavorful, moist, tender and meat that falls of from the bone easily. A taste that brings you to Bali for that very instance!
You can pre-boil the ribs at home, prepare the sauce in advance and bring them to a BBQ party and grill on the spot.
