Air Fried Luncheon Meat Crisp
Serves: 1 small tub
  • 150g luncheon meat
A night before
  1. Remove the luncheon meat from the can and freeze it overnight
On Actual Day
  1. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree Celsius 5 mins before frying
  2. Use a vegetable/fruit peeler and shave the luncheon meat into paper thin
  3. Layer the shaved luncheon meat into the basket (do not overlay or overcrowd the basket)
  4. Air fry for 5 mins at 180 degree celsius
  5. Halfway during frying, pull out the basket and try to breakup the sticking luncheon meat
  6. Divide the luncheon meat into several batches for frying.
  7. When done, cool and store into airtight container
