Air Fried Luncheon Meat Crisp

Serves: 1 small tub
- Remove the luncheon meat from the can and freeze it overnight
- Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree Celsius 5 mins before frying
- Use a vegetable/fruit peeler and shave the luncheon meat into paper thin
- Layer the shaved luncheon meat into the basket (do not overlay or overcrowd the basket)
- Air fry for 5 mins at 180 degree celsius
- Halfway during frying, pull out the basket and try to breakup the sticking luncheon meat
- Divide the luncheon meat into several batches for frying.
- When done, cool and store into airtight container
