Air Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayo

- 10 pcs of frozen shelled and deveined prawn
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white
- Cooking oil
- 3 tbsp Mayo (to add sugar or condense milk if using japanese style mayo to slightly sweeten it)
- Wasabi Paste (quantity depend on individual tolerance & preference on wasabi)
- Heaps of tobikko
- Parsley leaves
- Preheat the air fryer at 200 degree celsius
- Mix cornflour and baking powder together in a plate
- Thaw and ensure prawns are dry before coating the prawn with the flour mixture.
- After the first coat of flour mixture, dip the prawns into the egg white and re-coat the prawn with another layer of flour mixture.
- Brush the prawns with oil and place the prawns in the air fryer for about 5 mins or until golden brown
- Add the ingredients together and mix until combine
- Coat the prawns with Wasabi Mayo and garnish with tobikko and parsley leaves.
- Viola~~~ Time to tuck in!
