Steak Sauce - Cognac Cream

Serves: about ¾ cup of cream
- 15g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 200ml Cream
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cognac
- Melt the butter in a heated pan over medium heat
- Add in garlic to the melted butter and saute for 30 secs
- Add in cream and bring it to boil
- Allow the cream to reduce until it thicken and able to coat the back of the spoon
- Season with salt and add in 1 teaspoon of cognac.
- Remove the cream from the heat and serve on the side with the steak or pour sauce over steak
